LMI Shipping/Return Policies


LMI Office Supply is proud to offer FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY to all of it’s customers.  Here is how it works:

  • For all Downtown Seattle based businesses, you must spend a minimum of $25.00 to earn Free Shipping & Handling.

  • For all businesses outside Downtown Seattle, you must spend a minimum of $50.00 to earn Free Shipping & Handling.

  • If minimums are not met, a nominal $5.00 Shipping & Handling fee will be applied to that specific order.


You may return most unused items purchased at LMI Office Supply within 30 days of the original purchase.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.  If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 15 percent.  No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).  We will credit your LMI account within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

The following items may not be returned:

  All Legal Forms, All Legal Index Tabs
  All Approved Printing Orders
  All Custom Stamps
  All Authorized Special Orders.
